Thursday, October 12, 2017

The University Career Architecture Project (UCAP) is hosted a series of town halls in order to engage with employees regarding this exciting, two-year project. These discussions were part of several ongoing opportunities to participate in direct communication with members of the UCAP project team and advisory council, learn about how the project will benefit our community, and ask questions.

All interested members of the UA community were invited to attend four sessions held at: UA SouthUA PhoenixUAHS Tucson, and Tucson Main CampusThe town hall on November 2 was live streamed from the Fred Fox School of Music. To watch the discussion, click here.

UCAP will evolve our classified staff and appointed professional employment categories into contemporary, market-based job functions and families. By enabling informed decisions, creating a shared language across the University, and outlining career possibilities, UCAP will revolutionize the way we manage professional growth and compensation.
