Informed Decisions

With your support, University Career Architecture Project is in the position mapping phase of the project.

Based on UA community input, UCAP has organized the University's jobs into functions and families, spanning across departments, colleges and divisions. This framework provides the structure required to make informed compensation decisions, create a shared language for common career models, and define career possibilities for the vast array of professions at the University.

Join us for a series of interactive webinars in order to engage with employees and supervisors during the mapping phase of the project.

During this time, you will receive:

  • a brief overview of the project
  • a guide on how to navigate within JDXpert
  • a guide on how to use the mapping tool in UAccess (supervisors, reviewers & approvers).

These webinars are your opportunity to participate in direct communication with members of the UCAP project team, hear the answers to frequently asked questions, learn more about the mapping phase of the project, and ask questions.
